These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the FirstFlex Beer Hug Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.

Promotion period

The promotion will be valid from Tuesday 1 April 2025 until 11:59pm on Saturday 31 May 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

The offer is available instore and online to customers who purchase any FirstFlex Runporoller pack, during the promotion period.

Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period will not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.

Rewards

Eligible customers, who purchase any FirstFlex Runporoller pack will be entered in a draw to win 1 of 5 six month pre-paid subscriptions to The Brewery Tour™ valued at more than $460 per subscription.

Alcohol prize terms and conditions

It is illegal for us to sell, or provide, liquor to anyone under the age of 18. It is illegal to buy liquor when under the age of 18. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to enter the draw in this promotion. Beer Hug is the trading entity of Friends of Craft Limited - NZ Company Number 7313556, located at 21 Telford Ave Balmoral Auckland 1041. Friends of Craft Limited is the holder of a Liquor License (TBC). Any sales of alcohol made via this trading entity will be made on that liquor license.

The following conditions apply:

• The recipient of the alcohol prize must be of legal drinking age. Proof of age may be required before the prize is awarded.
• The consumption of alcohol is at the winner’s sole discretion. Neither Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd nor FirstFlex encourages or endorses the consumption of alcohol. The winner is responsible for drinking responsibly and adhering to local laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption.
• The alcohol prize may contain allergens such as sulfites, gluten, or other ingredients that could trigger allergic reactions. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check product labeling and consult with a medical professional if they have concerns regarding allergens.
• Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and FirstFlex accept no responsibility for any consequences resulting from the consumption of the alcohol prize, including but not limited to health-related issues, legal implications, or personal injuries. The recipient assumes all risks associated with accepting and consuming the prize.
• The alcohol prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product.
• The winner must comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding alcohol possession, transport, and consumption in their country or region. Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and FirstFlex reserve the right to withhold the prize if awarding it would violate any applicable laws. 

By participating in the promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

General terms

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of rewards if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

By participating in the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided to us may be used in accordance with our Website Terms and Conditions of Use.

Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the promotion, including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss or damages.
